Urgent Heating or Cooling Problems

If the property has no heat, active water leakage, smoke, a strong electrical or burning odor, repeated breaker trips, suspected carbon monoxide, or another immediate safety concern, say so at the beginning of the call. Leave the unsafe equipment off and contact emergency services when fire, gas, or carbon monoxide is suspected.
